BiFolding Door Opening Configurations.

The design & layout play a vital part in how your BiFolds will work for you and your home. With every home having its own unique requirements. We have created an easy to follow guide, to help you decide what configuration will allow you to get the most out of your space.

Some common questions and key factors to keep in mind when choosing your configuration.

  • How many doors do I need or should I have?
  • Do I need a single opening door for ease of access?
  • What side or sides of the frame will the doors stack when opened?

Quick Tip

To work out how big each door leaf will be. Take the overall frame width, minus 90mm (9cm) and divide by the amount of doors.
